Adjacent Structure definition

Adjacent Structure means when a Physical Collocator provided structure is placed on AT&T-22STATE property (Adjacent On-site) adjacent to an Eligible Structure. This arrangement is only permitted when space is legitimately exhausted inside the Eligible Structure and to the extent adjacent space is available and Technically Feasible to use for this purpose.
Adjacent Structure means when a Physical Collocator provided structure is placed on AT&T-21STATE property (Adjacent On-site) adjacent to an Eligible Structure. This arrangement is only permitted when space is legitimately exhausted inside the Eligible Structure and to the extent adjacent space is available and Technically Feasible to use for this purpose.
Adjacent Structure is a Collocator provided structure at SBC-13STATE’s Premises adjacent to an Eligible Structure. This arrangement is only permitted when space is legitimately exhausted inside the Eligible Structure and to the extent technically feasible.

Examples of Adjacent Structure in a sentence

  • Where Physical Collocation space within AT&T-13STATE Eligible Structure is Legitimately Exhausted, and Collocator’s Adjacent On-site space is not within fifty feet (50 ft.) of the Eligible Structure’s outside perimeter wall, the Collocator has the option and AT&T-13STATE shall permit an Adjacent Structure Off-site Arrangement, to the extent technically feasible.

  • Requesting Carrier shall be responsible for securing all required licenses and permits, the required site preparations and shall further retain responsibility for securing and/or constructing the Adjacent Structure and any building and site maintenance associated with the placement of such Adjacent Structure.

  • Subject to zoning and safety requirements, and provided Ameritech owns or controls the property in question, Ameritech reserves the right to assign the location of the Adjacent Structure.

  • Requesting Carrier shall not place any signage or marking of any kind on a Adjacent Structure or on the Ameritech grounds surrounding the Adjacent Structure.

  • If space becomes available in Ameritech’s Premises, and Requesting Carrier elects to order Collocation in such Premises in lieu of its Adjacent Collocation, then Requesting Carrier shall remove its Adjacent Structure at its expense no later than sixty (60) days after Requesting Carrier’s “replacement” Collocation within Ameritech’s Premises becomes operational.

  • When requested SBC-AMERITECH will provide up to one hundred (100) AMPS of AC power to the Adjacent Structure when Central Office Switchboard AC capacity exists and up to two hundred (200) AMPS of DC power to Adjacent Facilities up to two hundred (200) feet from the outside Central Office wall or the SBC-AMERITECH property line, as permitted by applicable zoning laws and ordinances.

  • At its option, CLEC may choose to provide its own AC and DC power to the Adjacent Structure.

  • CLEC shall place no signage or marking of any kind on an Adjacent Structure or on SBC-AMERITECH’s grounds surrounding the Adjacent Structure.

  • At its option, Collocator may choose to provide its own AC and DC power to the Adjacent Structure.

  • SBC-13STATE will allow the Collocator to provide equipment installed within the Adjacent Structure subject to all the requirements set forth in this Appendix.


More Definitions of Adjacent Structure

Adjacent Structure. A LEVEL 3 provided structure placed on SBC-13 STATE property (Adjacent on-site) or non-LEVEL 3 property (Adjacent off- site) adjacent to an Premises. This arrangement is permitted only where space for physical collocation is Legitimately Exhausted inside the Premises, and to the extent technically feasible. SBC-13 STATE and LEVEL 3 will mutually agree on the location of the designated space on SBC-13 STATE premises where the adjacent structure will be placed. SBC-13 STATE shall not unreasonable withhold agreement to the site desired by Collocator.
Adjacent Structure means when a Carrier-provided structure is placed on AT&T Kentucky Premises (Adjacent On- site) adjacent to an AT&T Kentucky Premises. This arrangement is only permitted when space is Legitimately Exhausted inside the AT&T Kentucky Premises and to the extent adjacent space is available and Technically Feasible to use for this purpose.
Adjacent Structure is an AT&T provided structure placed on PACIFIC's property contiguous to an Eligible Structure. This arrangement is only permitted when physical collocation space is exhausted inside the Eligible Structure and to the extent technically feasible. This definition shall be modified by the Parties to conform to the determination in the Collocation Phase of the OANAD proceeding as to whether adjacent off-site arrangements shall be treated as "interconnection" or "collocation".

Related to Adjacent Structure

  • Permanent structure means a permanent building or permanent structure that is anchored to a permanent foundation with an impermeable floor, and that is completely roofed and walled (new structures require a door or other means of sealing the access way from wind driven rainfall).
