AFS Client Application definition

AFS Client Application means a Client Application that accesses the AFS Services.
AFS Client Application means a Client Application that accesses the AFS Services. 1.17 “AFS Protocol” means the protocol provided by Google to Yahoo! for accessing the AFS Services, as such protocol may be updated by Google from time to time. 1.18 “AFS Query” means a query sent to Google by Yahoo! for advertisements from Google’s AFS Service. 1.19 “AFS Results Set” means the set of AFS Ads transmitted by Google to Yahoo! in response to an AFS Query. AFS Client Application means the Synacor, Inc. Toolbar that has been approved by Google to access the WebSearch Services and AFS Services, respectively, as approved by Google in writing from time to time during the Services Term.

Examples of AFS Client Application in a sentence

  • As of the Amendment Two Effective Date, Google approves the Client Application known as the “[*] Toolbar” (but only those URLs set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto) as a WebSearch Client Application and AFS Client Application, subject to such [*] Toolbar complying with all terms and conditions of the Agreement applicable to Client Applications, including without limitation Google’s Client Application Guidelines.

  • If selected on the cover page(s) of this Order Form, during the Services Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Google will provide Customer with advertisements (“AFS Ads”) through its AdSense for Search Service (the “AFS Service”) for display on the AFS Sites and AFS Client Application as permitted herein.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service as provided herein on the AFS Sites and AFS Client Application in existence as of the date hereof within thirty (30) days of the Order Form Effective Date, and to maintain such implementation thereafter during the Services Term.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service on any AFS Site and AFS Client Application added thereafter as contemplated by Section 3.3 herein.

  • Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer agrees to [*] the AFS Service implementation on each AFS Site as agreed upon by the parties and set forth in this Order Form for [*] and implement the AFS Service on any AFS Site or AFS Client Application added thereafter to the extent permitted herein.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service on any future AFS Site or AFS Client Application added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 16 hereof as provided in this Agreement.

Related to AFS Client Application

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for an Invention with any domestic or foreign patent-issuing authority.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.
