Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment definition

Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means, on any date, the aggregate Class A-1R Commitments then outstanding, which amount shall not exceed €150,000,000 (including Non-Euro Currency amounts, converted at the Initial Spot Rate, of up to €150,000,000), provided that not more than a maximum amount of €150,000,000, £61,000,000, U.S.$80,000,000, CHF24,000,000, DKK112,000,000, SEK135,000,000 and
Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means the sum of each Class A-1R Noteholder’s Class A-1R Commitment;
Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means the aggregate Class A-1R Commitments then outstanding, which amount shall not exceed €80,000,000 (including Sterling amounts, converted at the Initial Spot Rate of up to approximately £52,393,738.94) at any time.

More Definitions of Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment

Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means the aggregate Class A-1R Commitment specified in the Leverage Scenario Grid applicable from time to time as selected by the Portfolio Manager in accordance with the Portfolio Management Agreement subject to a maximum of €200,000,000.
Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means the aggregate Class A-1R Commitments, which amount shall not exceed €40,000,000 (as reduced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Note Purchase Agreement) (for such purposes, amounts drawn in Sterling will be converted into Euro by reference to the Initial Spot Rate).
Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means the aggregate Class A-1R Commitments then Outstanding, which amount shall not exceed €90,000,000 (which may be drawn in Euro and/or Sterling converted at the Initial Spot Rate). For the avoidance of doubt, the total maximum aggregate Class A-1R Commitments (including Class A-1R Sterling Advances calculated at the Initial Spot Rate) shall not exceed €90,000,000 at any time.
Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means the aggregate Class A-1R Commitments then outstanding, which amount shall not exceed €45,000,000 (including Sterling amounts, converted at the Initial Spot Rate), as reduced or cancelled from time to time pursuant to the provisions of the Class A-1R Note Purchase Agreement.
Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment means the aggregate Class A-1R Commitments then outstanding, which amount shall not exceed €80,000,000 (including GBP amounts, converted at the Dual Currency Exchange Rate) at any time.

Related to Aggregate Class A-1R Commitment

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount equals $100,000,000.

  • Aggregate Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Commitment Amount equals $1,500,000,000.

  • L/C Commitment Amount has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.3.(a).

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment means the aggregate of the Revolving Commitments of all of the Revolving Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment is $1,000,000,000.

  • Revolving Commitment Amount means the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) set forth adjacent to such Lender’s name on Schedule A attached hereto (or, in the case of any Lender that became party to this Agreement after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 16.3(c) or (d) hereof, the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) of such Lender as set forth in the applicable Commitment Transfer Supplement).
