Aggregate Cumulative Amount definition

Aggregate Cumulative Amount means, as of any time, (a) with respect to Net Income, the sum of the amounts (with one separate amount to be computed for each Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary and such amounts then added together to produce such sum) equal (for each such Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary) to the Net Income attributable to such Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary for the fiscal year of the Company immediately preceding the fiscal year in which such Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary first became a Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary and (b) with respect to Consolidated Total Assets, the sum of the amounts (with one separate amount to be computed for each Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary and such amounts then added together to produce such sum) equal (for each such Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary) to the Consolidated Total Assets attributable to such Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary as of the close of the fiscal year of the Company immediately preceding the fiscal year in which such Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary first became a Defaulting Insignificant Subsidiary.

  • Aggregate Cap means (x) with respect to any four fiscal quarter period through and including the four fiscal quarter period ended after the consummation of the Empire Acquisition, 20% and (y) thereafter, 15%, in each case, of Consolidated EBITDA for the relevant Test Period (calculated prior to giving effect to any add-backs subject to the Aggregate Cap).

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.

  • Aggregate Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Commitment Amount equals $1,500,000,000.

  • Aggregate Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts of all Series of Certificates issued and outstanding on such date of determination.

  • Aggregate Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for each Mortgage Pool for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Overcollateralization Amount for such date, calculated for this purpose on the basis of the assumption that 100% of the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such Distribution Date is applied on such date in reduction of the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates, exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.
