For so long as ▇▇▇▇▇ is the Servicer, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to purchase all of the existing Transferred Receivables if, at any time, the aggregate Receivable Balance of the Transferred Receivables is 10% or less of the Aggregate Net Investment as of the Original Closing Date.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, should the Aggregate Percentage Factor exceed one hundred percent (100%) at any time, the Percentage Factor for each Class shall be calculated pro rata, based upon the relationship of the Net Investment for such Class to the Aggregate Net Investment.

The Purchase Price of the initial Incremental Purchase shall equal the initial Aggregate Net Investment; each Facility Agent, on behalf of its Purchase Group, shall pay its Purchase Group Percentage of such initial Purchase Price.
