Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units definition

Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units has the meaning given such term in Section 5.11(a).
Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units is defined in Section 5.12(a). “Aggregate Remaining Net Positive Adjustments” means, as of the end of any taxable period, the sum of the Remaining Net Positive Adjustments of all the Partners.
Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units has the meaning set forth in § 4.09(a).

Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units. The Percentage Interest of the General Partner after the issuance of the Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units shall equal the Percentage Interest of the General Partner prior to the issuance of the Aggregate Quantity of IDR Reset Common Units and the General Partner shall not be obligated to make any additional Capital Contribution to the Partnership in order to maintain its Percentage Interest in connection therewith. The making of the IDR Reset Election in the manner specified in this Section 5.12 shall cause the Target Distributions to be reset in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.12(d) and, in connection therewith, the holder or holders of the Incentive Distribution Rights will become entitled to receive IDR Reset Common Units on the basis specified above, without any further approval required by the Managing Member or the Unitholders other than as set forth in this Section 5.12(a), at the time specified in Section 5.12(c).
