Agreed Procedure definition

Agreed Procedure means each of the agreed procedures specified in the Agreed Procedures Index and which is agreed to be treated as an Agreed Procedure for the purposes of this Agreement either:
Agreed Procedure means an agreed procedure contained within the Agreed Procedures Index prepared pursuant to the P&SA;

  • If there shall be no relevant Agreed Procedure, such dispute shall be referred to the Executive Committee.

Agreed Procedure means any procedure agreed between the Parties that is relevant to the Dispute, other than the Dispute Settlement Procedure, to which the parties are entitled to make changes.
