Analytics Code definition

Analytics Code means code, together with any Modifications thereto, that is embedded within a digital advertisement for the purpose of transmitting Client Data to Pixalate’s Processing Software.
Analytics Code means the DY code, which the Customer will be required to install on Customer’s Website (As defined under the applicable Order Form attached to these Dynamic Yield General Terms and Conditions).
Analytics Code means Pixalate’s code, which is embedded within an advertisement for the purpose of collecting Analytics Data, together with any fixes, updates and upgrades provided to Licensee.

Examples of Analytics Code in a sentence

  • Influencer will be solely responsible for the performance of the Services and the hosting, maintenance and operation of Influencer’s Content Platform; provided that Influencer agrees to embed the Brand Analytics Code in Influencer’s Content Platform or provide analytics details, if requested within a particular Program Details.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Client agrees to pay a $ 0.20 CPM rate for any requests made to any Services or Software due to Client not removing Analytics Code tags upon termination of this Agreement.

  • Upon any termination of this Agreement, Pixalate will cease providing Client with access to and use of the Analytics Services, and Client will delete all copies of the Analytics Code from all digital advertisements and certify such deletion in writing within three (3) business days of such termination.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Client agrees to pay a $ 0.20 CPM rate for any: (i) Event overages, and (ii) requests made to any Services or Software due to Client not removing Analytics Code tags upon termination of this Agreement.

  • Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, Client’s and any Permitted Affiliates’ right to access and use any Analytics Services to which it has a then-current Subscription will cease immediately, and Client will delete all copies of the Analytics Code from all digital advertisements and certify such deletion in writing within three (3) business days of such termination.

  • Through such Analytics Code, Vidyard may collect information about Licensee and Licensee’s Viewers in order to provide the Services, prepare and analyze statistics, produce reports and improve and customize Services.

  • Influencer will be solely responsible for the performance of the obligations set forth herein, and the hosting, maintenance, and operation of Influencer’s social media outlets, provided that Influencer agrees to embed the Company’s Analytics Code, as defined herein, in Influencer’s Deliverables or provide analytics details, if requested.

  • All data and information collected, used and/or disclosed by Company and its affiliates in connection with Your use of the Analytics Code, shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Company’s Privacy Policy and the applicable Commercial Agreements.

  • By using the Analytics Code after such changes are made to the Agreement, You signify that You agree to be bound by and comply with such changes.

  • Such download may occur automatically without the need for any act on Your part, or it may require You to manually download an update or upgrade through the same source from which the Analytics Code was originally downloaded.
