Client Data definition

Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data
Client Data means any materials provided by the Client to Oracle.

Examples of Client Data in a sentence

  • As between the Parties and subject to Section 3.2 (Outputs of Services) and 3.3 (Client Data), Anchorage owns the Services, the Documentation, and all Intellectual Property Rights in the Services and the Documentation.

  • Client will further take reasonably necessary measures and actions to remedy or mitigate the effects of the Client Data Incident and will keep Anchorage informed of all material developments in connection with the Client Data Incident.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party may retain a copy of Confidential Information and Client Data (i) for audit, legal, accounting or compliance purposes; (ii) if included within unstructured backup files or that technically cannot be deleted; (iii) as licensed pursuant to Section 3.3; or (iv) as may be required by applicable Laws, including requirements of the OCC.

  • Anchorage agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Client of any Data Security Incident involving Client Data within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware of the Data Security Incident.

  • In addition, upon Client’s written request, Anchorage will return or destroy all Client Data.


More Definitions of Client Data

Client Data means all data of Client, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and the like, and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services.
Client Data means all data of Fund (or, if Investment Manager receives Services, Investment Manager), including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by Fund or Investment Manager and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services (as defined below), but excluding SS&C Property.
Client Data means all of Client’s data processed or stored by or transmitted to TCP in connection with the TCP Services, including, without limitation, all Personal Data contained therein.
Client Data means all Data provided to or created by NeoSystems for processing or storage on behalf of Client under the terms of this Agreement, as well as any Data derived from such Data. Client Data includes, without limitation, (a) Data on electronic media, paper or non-electronic media provided to NeoSystems for processing or storage; (b) Data provided to NeoSystems by Client’s Affiliates; and (c) personally identifiable information, personal data or personal information, in each case as may be defined under applicable law, from Client or Client Affiliates.
Client Data means data generated, uploaded or transmitted by Authorized Users using the JAGGAER Applications.
Client Data means all data, works and materials uploaded to or stored on the Platform by the Client; transmitted by the Platform at the instigation of the Client; supplied by the Client to the Provider for processing, uploading to, transmission by or storage on the Platform; or generated by the Platform as a result of the use of the Hosted Services by the Client;
Client Data means the information successfully uploaded by Client to any Diligent Service and stored on Diligent’s servers.
