Ancillary Documentation definition

Ancillary Documentation means all documentation which the Board specifies in an Invitation that a Participant must enter into and/or provide in connection with an Application for Options.

  • All information provided by the Sellers with respect to the Group Companies or set out in this Agreement and the Ancillary Documentation are true, accurate and not misleading in all material aspects.


More Definitions of Ancillary Documentation

Ancillary Documentation means any and all agreements and documents contemplated under this Agreement to be executed on or before Completion.
