If this period is exceeded, the Car Park User shall be liable to pay, in addition to the Parking Fee for parking during the 90-day period, a Parking Fee for each day, or part thereof, that the Motor Vehicle belonging to the Car Park User is present within the Parking Facility following expiry of the aforementioned period, without prejudice to the right of SNBV to demand additional payment of costs, damages and interest. 5.5 If the Car Park User has left a Motor Vehicle in the Parking Facility and, despite a written request or demand by SNBV, refuses or is unable, for any reason whatsoever, to remove that vehicle, SNBV shall be entitled to remove, or arrange for the removal of, the vehicle from the Parking Facility within 14 days of the request or demand and to store the vehicle in question at another location. If, despite reasonable effort, it is not possible to obtain the address of the Car Park User, a clearly visible written request for removal placed underneath the windscreen wiper of the vehicle shall suffice. If the Car Park User fails to collect the vehicle within three (3) months of the request or demand, SNBV shall be entitled to sell or destroy the vehicle. Instructions for Use. 7.1 The Supplier shall provide to the Authority express written instructions for use relating to the Equipment and detailed instructional manuals (where available) for the intended purpose stated by the Supplier, including any information and documents required by Law and Guidance. The instruction manuals (where available) shall accompany the Equipment and shall be in the English language and contain appropriate directions as to the operation of the Equipment (to include, without limitation and where appropriate, in relation to any sterilisation, reprocessing and decontamination processes or protocols to be followed in relation to the Equipment). The Supplier shall also provide any necessary training relating to the use of the Equipment. 7.2 The Supplier shall provide a telephone number to the Authority which shall be manned during normal working hours by those of the Supplier’s personnel who are trained and qualified to deal properly with any enquiries the Authority may have in relation to the use and operation of the Equipment. The Authority will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Supplier promptly of any fault or safety issue arising with or damage to the Equipment that the Authority becomes aware of and will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Equipment is not used until such fault or damage has been repaired or the safety issue resolved by the Supplier.

Instructions for Use. 5.1. The User accesses and uses the Parking Facility at the User’s own risk. The User must take caution at all times, especially with regard to the Parking Facility’s height outside of the driving lanes. 5.2. The User must follow instructions of Quick Parking’s personnel, traffic signs and direction of driving closely. 5.3. In the Parking Facility, the maximum speed is 5 kilometres an hour. 5.4. Whilst present in the Parking Facility, the User must act in accordance with the provisions of the Wegenverkeerswet (Road Traffic Act), further rules imposed pursuant to this Act, the Reglement Verkeersregels en Verkeerstekens (Traffic Rules and Signs Regulations) and corresponding appendices, as well as further rules imposed pursuant to the aforesaid regulations. 5.5. It is prohibited to: a. use the Parking Facility for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles; b. offer, distribute, sell or rent out goods or services within the Parking Facility; c. advertise in or on the Parking Facility; d. smoke or ignite an open fire within the Parking Facility; e. stay in the motor vehicle any longer than is necessary to park the motor vehicles. After parking, the car lights and the motor must be switched off and all persons must leave the Parking Facility; f. carry out repairs or other activities relating to the motor vehicle without Quick Parking’s consent; g. leave waste in the Parking Facilities, with the exception of small items of waste, which must be placed in the bins provided for that purpose. 5.6. The User shall further be obliged to act in such a way that traffic in and/or around the Parking Facility is not obstructed and safety is not compromised. The motor of the vehicle may only be in operation as is required for entering or exiting the Parking Facility. 5.7. Vehicles may not be parked in the Parking Facility for more than ninety (90) consecutive days without the prior written consent of Quick Parking. If this period is exceeded, the User shall be liable to pay, in addition to the Parking Fee for parking during the ninety (90) day period, a Parking Fee for each day, or part thereof, that the vehicle belonging to the User is present within the Parking Facility following expiry of the aforementioned period, plus an amount of € 25 per day, without prejudice to the right of Quick Parking to demand additional payment of costs, damages and interest and without any notice of default being required. 5.8. It contains directions under which the physician or end-user can use a device safely and for its intended purpose. This should include information on indications, contraindications, warnings, precautions, potential adverse effects, alternative therapy and the conditions that should be managed during normal use to maintain the safety and effectiveness of the device.

Installation instructions which specify for which vehicle type(s) the assembly is suitable and the correct method(s) of attachment(s) of the assembly to the vehicles. 11.2. User instructions which specify the instructions to ensure the user obtains the maximum benefit from the partitioning system. In these instructions reference shall be made to: (a) the importance of using the partitioning system on all journeys where luggage is transported, (b) the correct adjustment and positioning of the partitioning system, (c) method of operating any adjustment and/or locking system incorporated in the partitioning system, (d) the recommended placement of luggage and its restraint within the luggage compartment of the vehicle type(s) for which the partitioning system is intended, (e) the need to replace partitioning systems that are damaged.

If NASHA needs to be “explained”, write: “NASHA™ is a patented technology for the production of stabilized non-animal hyaluronic acid” or equivalent. Always write: “stabilized non-animal hyaluronic acid” and not “non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid”, in order to avoid the use of NASHA™ as an acronym/abbreviation. • Always write NASHA in uppercase letters. • NASHA with the affixed ® symbol may be used in countries where NASHA has been registered as a trademark.
