Anticipated Mechanical Completion Date definition

Anticipated Mechanical Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3. “Applicable Environmental Attribute Program” means a mandatory or voluntary domestic, international or foreign renewable energy, or other program, system, scheme, or organization, with respect to a market, registry or reporting for Environmental Attributes.
