Examples of API Information in a sentence

  • Licensee's obligations under this Section 2.2 with respect to the API Information shall terminate when Licensee can document that the API Information was in the public domain at or subsequent to the time it was communicated to Licensee by Adobe through no fault of Licensee's.

  • Licensee agrees that Licensee will treat the API Information with the same degree of care to prevent unauthorized disclosure to anyone other than Authorized Users as Licensee accords to Licensee's own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.

  • Licensee may also disclose the API Information in response to a valid order by a court or other governmental body, when otherwise required by law, or when necessary to establish the rights of either party under this Agreement, provided Licensee gives Adobe advance written notice thereof.

  • Aratana will exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the API and to all Samples and API Information created, conceived, developed, made, or otherwise obtained in the course of development of the API, including all Intellectual Property Rights therein.

  • In the event this Agreement is terminated for cause by Aratana pursuant to Sections 8.2 or 8.4(a), then all licenses granted by Aratana to RaQualia under this Agreement will be revoked and RaQualia will cease all further use of the API Information.

  • RaQualia covenants and agrees that this license will not permit the Samples, API Information, or API to be used for the manufacture or commercialization of drugs for use in the animal field.

  • Customer is solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any API Information or data that it collects or uses from the AssetWorks APIs.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AssetWorks grants to Customer during the prepaid term a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, terminable subscription-based license to access or otherwise receive information from the AssetWorks APIs and to obtain API Information.

Related to API Information

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.
