APOD Completion Date definition
APOD Completion Date means the first date on which (a) all APOD ▇▇▇▇▇ have become Producing APOD ▇▇▇▇▇ and (b) the Borrower has delivered to the Administrative Agent a certificate of a Responsible Officer certifying as to the foregoing (together with reasonably detailed supporting documentation).
APOD Completion Date means the date on which the Approved Plan of Development is completed as reasonably determined by Administrative Agent.
