Applicable Commencement Date definition

Applicable Commencement Date means, as to the Equipment designated on any Equipment Schedule, the date on which the License Term for such Equipment commences, as specified in the applicable Certificate of Acceptance.
Applicable Commencement Date means the Commencement Date of the First Extension Term or the Commencement Date of the Second Extension Term, as applicable.
Applicable Commencement Date means the Phase One Lease Commencement Date in the case of the Phase One Premises and the Phase Two Lease Commencement Date in the case of the Phase Two Premises, as the case may be.

Applicable Commencement Date means (i) in connection with the exercise of the conversion option in respect of the first 50,000,000 shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of this Promissory Note, the date hereof and (ii) in connection with the exercise of the conversion option in respect of any additional shares of Common Stock thereafter, the Stockholder Approval Date.
