Applicable Commonwealth law definition

Applicable Commonwealth law means all Commonwealth of Puerto Rico laws administered by the Environmental Quality Board determined to be applicable under this agreement. The term shall also include all Commonwealth laws determined to be Applicable or Relevant and Appropriate Requirements.
Applicable Commonwealth law means all Commonwealth of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ administered by the VDEQ determined to be applicable under this Agreement. The term shall include all Commonwealth laws determined to be Applicable or Relevant and Appropriate Requirements (ARARs).

Related to Applicable Commonwealth law

  • the Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia as the party to this agreement;

  • Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;

  • the Commonwealth Act means the legislation of the Commonwealth Parliament by which this agreement is authorized to be executed by or on behalf of the Commonwealth;

  • Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;

  • Commonwealth Entity means any government body which is subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth).
