The Applicable Revolver Index Margin, Applicable Term Loan A Index Margin, Applicable Term Loan B Index Margin, Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and Applicable Term Loan A LIBOR Margin and Applicable Term Loan B LIBOR Margin will be 1.25%, 1.50%, 2.00%, 2.75%, 3.00% and 3.50% per annum, respectively, as of the Closing Date.
