Contractors providing services and products that handle, transmit or store cardholder data, are subject to the following requirements: Applications shall be compliant with the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) and validated by a Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA).
You agree that at all times you shall be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), the Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA DSS), and any Card Company data security requirements, as applicable.
Should Tenant conduct credit/debit card transactions in conjunction with Tenant’s business with the County, on behalf of the County, or as part of the business that Tenant conducts on the Premises, Tenant covenants and warrants that it will during the course of such activities be Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI/DSS”) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (“PA/DSS”) compliant and will remain compliant during the entire duration of its conduct of such activities.
In no event shall Sub-Merchant use a TPSP unless such TPSP is compliant with PCI and/or the Payment Application Data Security Standard (“PA-DSS”), depending on the type of TPSP, as required by the Operating Rules.
