The Data Controller is responsible for ensuring that all individuals who provide written instructions are authorised to do so.
The Data Controller will have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Personal Data and the means by which it was obtained.

The Data Controller may terminate the Agreement without notice as a result of a breach of the obligations under this DPA by the Data Processor or one of its Sub-processors.
