Application Page definition

Application Page means the page/s on the App where the Merchant makes application to Retail Capital for the sale of the Merchant's Future Receivables, which will include, but not limited to, the financial information of the Merchant;
Application Page means the Warranty application contained in this document or Our electronic sales portal.
Application Page means the document which discloses the Contract Holder’s name, address, phone number; the Vehicle Year, Make, Model, Unit Serial Number, Purchase Price; Issuing Dealer name, address, phone number; Contract Term in months; Contract Price and Important Disclosure Information Signed by the Contract Holder.

  • The following options are add-on surcharges/options and apply ONLY if they have been selected by You as indicated on the Application Page: [COMMERCIAL USE OPTION: If You have selected the Commercial Use Coverage Option as indicated on the Application Page of this Contract, See the Commercial Use Definition for specific eligible uses.

  • Any Vehicle used for towing (unless Your Vehicle is equipped with factory installed or factory authorized tow package), or used as a commercial unit (unless appropriate surcharge is marked on the Application Page and is defined in the “Add On Coverage” section of this Contract), or used for rental, taxi, limousine or shuttle, towing/wrecker service, dumping, cherry pickers, lifting or hoisting, police or emergency service, principally off-road use, prearranged or organized racing, or competitive driving.

  • You will be required to give the representative assisting You the following information: Producer Code-[159251], Your Member Number (which is Your Contract number on the Application Page under Service Contract Information of Your Contract) and Your plan letter which is [CB].

  • All other leaking and/or failed Seals and Gaskets are not covered as standalone failures and/or repairs and will be replaced only when required in connection with a covered repair, unless You purchased the Seals and Gaskets Option as shown on Your Identification Card and in the Options box on the Application Page of this Contract.

  • The following Vehicles are ineligible for coverage under this Contract: All Commercial Use Vehicles, unless the Commercial Use surcharge option is selected on the Application Page.

  • Application packet means the information, documents, and fees required by the Department for the:
