Apprentice or Trainee means an employee who is engaged under a Training Agreement registered by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority, where the qualification outcome specified in the Training Agreement applies to work performed under some classifications contained in this agreement. Promotional Criteria An employee remains at this level for up to the first three months.
