Undertakes on or off the job training so as to enable him/her to progress to higher levels. Exercises minimal judgement and works under supervision. Training for new entrants will be determined in accordance with the needs of the enterprise, but shall involve instruction aimed at assisting the trainees to achieve the range of competencies required at skill level 2. Promotional Criteria An employee remains at this level for up to the first three months.
