Assignment Guidelines definition

Assignment Guidelines. Assignee” means a person (natural or legal) to whom an assignment of numbers is made.
Assignment Guidelines means the document entitled "Common Short Code Guidelines v. 1.1", dated October 16, 2003, attached hereto as Exhibit E, which sets forth the requirements for the administration and implementation of CSCs.
Assignment Guidelines means the guidelines, then currently in effect, that set forth the requirements for the administration and implementation of CSCs.The updated Assignment Guidelines, entitled “Common Short Code Guidelines v. 2.0” are attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Examples of Assignment Guidelines in a sentence

  • Until such time as number administration is provided by a third party, BA shall provide Covad access to telephone numbers by assigning NXX codes to Covad in accordance with such Assignment Guidelines.

  • Until such time as Number Administration is provided by a third party administrator, Ameritech shall provide Carrier access to such numbers in accordance with NXX and other Assignment Guidelines.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
