Audit of Existing Content and Functionality Sample Clauses
The 'Audit of Existing Content and Functionality' clause establishes the requirement for a thorough review and assessment of all current materials and features within a system, website, or application. This process typically involves evaluating the accuracy, relevance, and performance of existing content, as well as testing the functionality of interactive elements to identify outdated information, broken links, or technical issues. By mandating such an audit, the clause ensures that any subsequent updates or redesigns are based on a clear understanding of the current state, ultimately helping to maintain quality, improve user experience, and address potential problems before they impact end users.
