Authorized Improvements definition

Authorized Improvements means improvements which have the approval of the commissioner prior to being placed, developed, created, or constructed on, or obtained or developed for the benefit of, or made appurtenant to trust lands, or which have subsequently received that approval;
Authorized Improvements means improvements authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act, as listed in Section III.
Authorized Improvements means improvements authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act as described in Section III and Exhibit C and depicted on Exhibit J.

Examples of Authorized Improvements in a sentence

  • Funds in the Assessment Reimbursement Fund shall only be used to pay Costs of the Authorized Improvements in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Such accounting will include a reconciliation of any un-advanced amounts out of the segregated accounts in the Project Fund under the applicable Indenture as compared to the remaining costs to complete each applicable Authorized Improvements.

  • Subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements contained herein, the City agrees to reimburse the Owner, and the Owner shall be entitled to receive from the City, the amount equal to the Actual Cost of the Authorized Improvements (the “Repayment Amount”) plus interest on the unpaid balance in accordance with the terms of this Agreement until , 20 (the “Maturity Date”); provided, however, the Repayment Amount shall not exceed $ .

  • The costs of some Authorized Improvements will be initially financed through Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreements.


More Definitions of Authorized Improvements

Authorized Improvements means those public improvements authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act and described in Section III which are constructed for the special benefit of the property within the District, and which estimated costs are shown on Exhibit B.
Authorized Improvements are defined in the SAP.
Authorized Improvements means collectively, the public improvements listed in Exhibit A hereto and more fully described in Section III and Appendix B of the Service and Assessment Plan and authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act which are to be undertaken for the benefit of property within the District. An individual Authorized Improvement, including a completed segment or part, shall be referred to as an Authorized Improvement.
Authorized Improvements means those public improvements, including the Improvement Area #4 Improvements, authorized by Section 372.003 of the PID Act, including those listed in Section III and Exhibit C and depicted in Exhibit M of the Service and Assessment Plan.
Authorized Improvements means the Major Improvements listed in Table III-3 and described in Section III.B, the PID Creation Costs, and any Improvement Area Improvements authorized by Section
Authorized Improvements means those public improvements authorized by Section
Authorized Improvements is as defined in the Development Agreement as may be modified in the SAP and as identified in Exhibit C hereto.
