System improvements definition

System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.
System improvements means public facilities included in the capital facilities plan and are designed to provide service to service areas within the community at large, in contrast to project improvements.
System improvements means those components of the Public Infrastructure that are defined as such under the Utah Impact Fees Act.

More Definitions of System improvements

System improvements means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-36a-102.
