With respect to Infrastructure, Improvements and real property owned by only one or some of the Parties and that is not listed as BVWACS Infrastructure, BVWACS Improvements, or BVWACS real property, right of access, license and use is herein granted by such Parties to all Parties and to the BVWACS Managing Entity as necessary for BVWACS purposes as determined by the Governing Board.

These Infrastructure Improvements are identified on Exhibit C-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
