Minimum Improvements definition

Minimum Improvements means devoting the Development Property to its intended Use and construction of approximately a square foot parking facility for use as parking for the Developer as identified and set forth in Exhibit C and constructed in accordance with the Construction Plans submitted to and approved by the Authority. Examples of Minimum Improvements in a sentence

  • The Construction Plans shall provide for the construction of the Minimum Improvements or the Additional Improvements, as applicable, and shall be in conformity with this Agreement and all applicable State and local laws and regulations.

  • The construction of the Minimum Improvements and the Additional Improvements, respectively, will be considered substantially complete on the date when (i) the Minimum Improvements or the Additional Improvements, as applicable, are sufficiently complete for the Developer to lease as a Qualified Facility, and (ii) the Developer has received a certificate of occupancy issued by the City for the Minimum Improvements or the Additional Improvements, as applicable.

  • There are no other state or local government agencies providing financial assistance for the Minimum Improvements and the parent corporation of the Business Operator is Wurth Industry North America, LLC.
