Minimum Improvements definition

Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Minimum Improvements means devoting the Development Property to its intended Use and construction of approximately a square foot parking facility for use as parking for the Developer as identified and set forth in Exhibit C and constructed in accordance with the Construction Plans submitted to and approved by the Authority. After completion of the Minimum Improvements, the term shall mean the Development Property as improved by the Minimum Improvements.
Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 64-unit market rate residential apartment building and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Examples of Minimum Improvements in a sentence

  • The Construction Plans shall provide for the construction of the Minimum Improvements or the Additional Improvements, as applicable, and shall be in conformity with this Agreement and all applicable State and local laws and regulations.

  • The construction of the Minimum Improvements and the Additional Improvements, respectively, will be considered substantially complete on the date when (i) the Minimum Improvements or the Additional Improvements, as applicable, are sufficiently complete for the Developer to lease as a Qualified Facility, and (ii) the Developer has received a certificate of occupancy issued by the City for the Minimum Improvements or the Additional Improvements, as applicable.

  • Before commencing construction of the Minimum Improvements, the Developer shall submit to the Authority Construction Plans for the Minimum Improvements and before commencing construction of the Additional Improvements, Developer shall submit to the Authority Construction Plans for the Additional Improvements.

  • No approval by the Authority shall relieve the Developer of the obligation to comply with the terms of this Agreement, applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, or to construct the Minimum Improvements or the Additional Improvements in accordance therewith.

  • There are no other state or local government agencies providing financial assistance for the Minimum Improvements and the parent corporation of the Business Operator is Wurth Industry North America, LLC.


More Definitions of Minimum Improvements

Minimum Improvements means the construction of two (2) approximately 4,000 square foot commercial buildings, one of which is a bank or other allowed use and the other building is a brewpub or similar use and related improvements to be approved by the EDA and located at the real property generally described in Exhibit A.
Minimum Improvements means the construction in three distinct Phases of a multifamily housing development consisting of three buildings with approximately 283 apartment units, Substantial Rehabilitation of three 11-unit apartment buildings, construction of underground parking on the Development Property, and construction of a public roadway.
Minimum Improvements means the construction on the Development Property of a rental housing facility containing 49 Rental Housing Units, subject to the affordability requirements described in Section 4.5 hereof.
