Authorized Location definition

Authorized Location or “Development Location” means a single physical Customer location where the Embedded Software Product is permitted to be used by Authorized Users. Provided that an Authorized User’s official and customary place of work is a licensed Site, occasional use of the Embedded Software Product by such user from locations other than that Site (e.g., use from that user’s residence, an airport, a hotel, etc.) shall be regarded as use on the Site and in compliance with the Site restriction.

Authorized Location means a discrete profit center at a physical location at which Subscriber or an Affiliate of Subscriber has operations. During the term of the Order Form, Subscriber will (a) use the Service at a number of Authorized Locations that is no greater than the maximum number of Authorized Locations specified on the Order Form; and (b) restrict access to the Service to those employees and third-party contractors performing services for the benefit of Subscriber who require access to the Service to perform their assigned tasks (each, an “Authorized User”).
