The Service is provided in two types: Automated Service: This permits the holder of the Service to view his balance, movements of his sight deposit, payment and movements of his cards, and to make transfers between his sight deposits, in an automated manner.
Telephone choices include Fidelity Automated Service Telephone (FAST®) as well as Fidelity’s telephone representatives.
These fees, disclosed in the Cardholder Agreement (Balance Inquiry Fee – Telephone Automated Service, Balance Inquiry Fee – CS Agent, Additional Statement Mailing Fee), will be deducted from your Card Account balance, not your Savings Account balance.
