Availability Level definition

Availability Level means the availability level of SaaS, to the Customer between 0:00-24:00 CET, Monday to Sunday, as expressly set forth under Section 8;
Availability Level means the percentage of time during Agreed Service Hours that the service is Available;
Availability Level has the meaning given to it in Section 3.2.

Availability Level means the total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the total number of minutes during a calendar month that the Services are unavailable to Customer not due to an Excluded Event, multiplied by 100 and then divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Average Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Availability for each Business Day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective Business Day) divided by the number of Business Days in such period.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.
