Availability Service Level definition

Availability Service Level means the uptime commitment set out in paragraph 2.1 of this Schedule and is calculated as the Resolution Time for Priority 1 Faults;
Availability Service Level has the meaning set out in clause 4.6. of these Terms;
Availability Service Level with respect to each of the Hosted Software and Cloud Software shall have the meaning set forth, respectively, in Section V l(a) of Exhibit C and Section V l(a) of Exhibit C-1 to this Agreement.

Examples of Availability Service Level in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 2 above, if and to the extent SAP fails to meet the System Availability Service Level set forth in Section 2, Customer is entitled to a Service Credit which is calculated as the sum of the Service Credits for NON-PRD, PRD and Server Provisioning, for SAP’s failure to meet the respective System Availability Service Level.

  • Circuits may qualify for the TTR Service Level Standard in addition to the Availability Service Level Standard.

  • In addition to the General Exclusions, as set out in the General Exclusion Section below, Availability Service Level Standard measurements do not include the following:  Any act or omission on the part of any third party other than a local access provider over which Verizon exercises control.

  • The Path Availability Service Level is limited to 50 Location pairs, and each Location pair consists of a source Location and a destination Location.

  • MTTR is defined as the average time taken to restore a connection for E-Line EVC during a Hard Outage an E-Line EVC has one Local Access circuit on each end and Availability Service Level Standard for E-Line EVC provisioned with two different Local Access levels is determined by the Local Access level having the lowest Availability Service Level Standard.

  • Hard Outages for E-Line EVC provisioned with Off-Net Silver are handled as Priority 2 tickets and eligible for the Availability Service Level Standard.

  • Customer may qualify for credits under the MTTR Service Level Standard in addition to the E-LAN EVC Availability Service Level Standard for a particular Hard Outage.

Availability Service Level means the target availability corresponding to the applicable SLA Category as may be set out in the applicable Schedule or Order.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
