Backup Data definition

Backup Data means any and all data provided by you to Arcserve pursuant to your use of the Services, including but not limited to third party data, email messages, email attachments, PII and associated metadata.
Backup Data means off system storage of programs and data that can be restored to resume operations in another location by installation of new hardware and operating system software.
Backup Data means, at a minimum, information sufficient for a Member to access stored images and to print a 5x7 print.

Examples of Backup Data in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, so long as Grantee is making diligent efforts to obtain the Back- up Data from third parties, the thirty (30) day deadline described above shall be reasonably extended with respect to any Back-up Data needed to be obtained from third parties.

  • It is expressly understood and agreed that all Back-up Data (as defined in Section 8.3 below) and Performance Metrics under Section 8.3 below shall be deemed "public records" under Section 119.011 of the Florida Statutes.

More Definitions of Backup Data

Backup Data means all Customer Data targeted for back-up, either from Customer’s network to a TDC Network, or hosted in a TDC data center.
Backup Data means computer or electronic files, materials, data, text, audio, video, images or other content data that a Cloud User backs up, replicates, transfers, monitors, manages, views, and/or stores through use of a Cloud Product or the Services.
Backup Data means data kept only for the purpose of replacing other data in the event of their being lost, destroyed or damaged;
