Base Index Value definition

Base Index Value shall represent the average closing value of the Index over a period of all market trading days within the Base Value Averaging Period.
Base Index Value the value of the CPI for May 2021; “Base Maximum Tariff” means 0.1553 £/kWh;

Related to Base Index Value

  • Base Index means the most recent Consumer Price Index published immediately prior to the Commencement Date.

  • Index Value means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day:

  • Base Index Figure means (subject to Condition 4.3(i)) the base index figure as specified in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Maximum Index Level means, in respect of a series of bear CBBCs, the highest Spot Level of the Index during the MCE Valuation Period;

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.
