Block 4 definition
Block 4 means that geographical area designated as Block 4 of the JDZ designated by the coordinates promulgated by the JDA in accordance with the 2004 JDZ Licensing Round.

1. Purpose
a. This (SOW) requires the contractor build the ECS duct assemblies and procure supporting components identified in ECS Parts List in support of the integration of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS- JTRS) on USAF F-16 aircraft.
b. F-16 System Program Office (SPO) will provide technical and performance specifications and detail drawings for the duct assemblies and supporting components upon request.
