Block 4 definition

Block 4 means the block of Residential Units on the Kingfield Road Residential Land as shown labelled Block 4 for illustrative purposes on Plan 8;

This (SOW) requires the contractor build the ECS duct assemblies and procure supporting components identified in ECS Parts List in support of the integration of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS- JTRS) on USAF F-16 aircraft. b. Block 4 is defined by the area delimited by the points MFON for which the geographic coordinates and a map are shown in Appendix B, the 200 metres water depth being the northern boundary, the border between Benin and Nigeria being the Eastern boundary, the 3000 metres water depth being the southern boundary and the border with Togo being the western boundary of said Block 4.

Block 4. “Hazardous Goods Area” shall mean a non-residential building to be erected by the Lessor on the Land Plot, with a total approximate area of 5,418 sq. m, the outline of which is indicated on the Land Plot Plan in Appendix 1 to the Preliminary Agreement.

Block 4 and “Block 5”. The Promoter has caused to be constructed the Project and obtained the Occupancy Certificate in respect of the Building/son .

Block 4 means that portion of the real estate located in City and County of San Francisco Assessor Block 3739 Lot 008 described as “Block 4” in the Redevelopment Plan.

Block 4 means the property designated as Block 4, located in the north end of the Joint Development Zone;
