BT Data definition

BT Data. BT Exchange Area” any Information specific to BT relating to the Services and which is collected or otherwise processed by the Customer, including information presented to BT in reports (including site surveys and service desk call records); means those areas defined as such by BT for the Service as set out in or from the Openreach Website;
BT Data or "BT'S DATA" means all data, information, addresses, telephone numbers, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sound embodied in any electronic or tangible medium, and ( i ) which are supplied or in respect of which access is granted to the Supplier by BT pursuant to this Contract, or ( ii ) which the Supplier is required to generate under this Contract, or ( iii ) which is obtained by the Supplier on behalf of BT for the purposes of this Contract;

Examples of BT Data in a sentence

  • The Customer will notify BT of all deliveries and collections to the BT Data Centre using the advance notification forms which must be received 48 hours in advance.

  • Irregular visitors will also be asked to produce letters of authority before proceeding onto the BT Data Centre site.

  • Each visit will count as a minimum three hour period with actual time at the BT Data Centre being rounded up to the next whole hour.

  • In the event that the Customer fails to remove the Customer Equipment from the BT Data Centre within this period, BT reserves the right to charge for, and the Customer shall pay for, the storage of the Customer Equipment at the BT Data Centre on a daily basis for a further thirty (30) calendar days.

  • The Participant shall protect and safeguard SGX BT's Intellectual Property Rights in and to the SGX BT Data by using the same degree of care that the Participant generally uses to protect its own confidential information and Intellectual Property Rights of a similar nature, but in any event with no less than a reasonable degree of care.

  • The Participant shall not alter, enhance, make derivative works of, reverse engineer or decompile the SGX BT Platform or the SGX BT Data, except to the extent expressly permitted herein or required by Applicable Law.

  • The Participant shall comply with all reasonable requests made by SGX BT to protect and enforce SGX BT's Intellectual Property Rights in the SGX BT Platform and the SGX BT Data.

  • The Participant shall permit access to the SGX BT Data only by those of its or of its Affiliate’s employees, staff, agents that have been authorised by the Participant to access and use the SGX BT Platform on the Participant's behalf for the purposes of entering into Transactions or for performing related support functions (“Authorised Persons”) and that are using the SGX BT Data solely for such purposes.

  • The Participant shall not sell, lease, license, transfer, provide or otherwise make available to any third party any form of access to or the use of the SGX BT Data (whether through written, electronic or other means) of the SGX BT Platform (whether as a demonstration or otherwise) other than as described in this Agreement.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall limit any rights the Participant and its Affiliates may acquire with respect to SGX BT Data under a separate agreement between the Participant, or its Affiliates, as the case may be, and SGX BT or any third party distributing information pursuant to a licence or sub-licence granted by SGX BT.

Related to BT Data

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.
