Building Architect definition

Building Architect means “Ai / ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Architectural” and all other architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, design build specialists, and other design professionals retained by Landlord and needed to design the Building Shell, the Site Improvements, Additional Site Improvements, and/or the Demolition, each of whom shall be duly licensed by the State of California and in good professional standing.
Building Architect means the architect designated by the Lessor to monitor the status of the Building and the work of any nature whatsoever which may be carried out in the Building.
