Building Control Regulations definition

Building Control Regulations means the Building Regulations 1997 to 2013 the Building Control Regulations 1997 to 2015, the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and any Code of Practice for Inspecting and Certifying Buildings and Works published from time to time in exercise of the powers conferred by the Building Control Act;
Building Control Regulations means the building control regulations for the time being in force under section 6 of the Act of 1990;
Building Control Regulations means the Building Control Regulations 1997-2015, as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time. “Claim” means any action, claim, demand, proceedings or similar.
