Examples of Building Directory in a sentence

  • Tenant’s name, as set forth on the first page of this Lease, or as otherwise provided by Tenant in writing upon execution of this Lease, shall also be placed in the Building Directory located on the main level of the Building.

  • Any subsequent modification to the listing of Tenant’s name in the Building Directory shall be at Tenant’s cost.

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant, free of charge, one directory strip in the Building Directory and either one building standard plaque or white vinyl lettering stating the name of the company.

  • In addition, Landlord will list, at Landlord’s expense, the name of Tenant (and any permitted subtenants and assignees) and its employees in the Building directory in a number of listings up to the Building Directory Share and will provide Building standard signage on suite entry doors.

  • Landlord shall provide standard Building Directory signage identifying Tenant at Landlord’s sole cost and expense.

Building Directory. The directory of the Building shall display Tenant's name which shall fit on one line of the directory and will be provided at the expense of Landlord. Building Directory. A computerized building directory located near the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park entrance and a separate computerized building directory located near the 1▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ entrance, which shall meet the specifications set forth in Section 16.16.
Building Directory. As defined in Section 29.2. Building Rentable Area: 206,917 rentable square feet, which the parties conclusively agree is correct and not subject to measurement, dispute or challenge by either party. Related to Building Directory

  • Building drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.
