With respect to any use permitted under this Section 3, any such use shall not violate any laws or requirements of public authorities, constitute a public or private nuisance, interfere with or cause physical discomfort to any of the other tenants or occupants of the Building, E interfere with the operation of the Building or the maintenance of same as a first-class office building, or violate any of Tenant's other obligations under this Lease.
