Building Grounds definition

Building Grounds. Means the external areas of the Building (or group of flats and/or houses where the Building is one of several) which are owned or managed by us including (but not limited to) any car parks, roads, gardens or landscaping which adjoin the Building(s)

  • If you intend to bring a car, motorcycle or bicycle on to the Building Grounds please contact the Accommodation Office before Accepting this Agreement and we will send to you a copy of the policy so that you can read it before Accepting this Agreement.

  • The School Calendar Committee shall be composed of one (1) representative for each 500 persons or fraction thereof represented by AEA; National Conference of Firemen and Oilers, Local 100 (Maintenance, Building, Grounds, Warehouse and Transportation Employees); Akron Association of Classified Personnel, Ohio Education Association; OAPSE Local 689; National Conference of Firemen and Oilers, Local 100 (Child Nutrition Service Employees); and OAPSE Local 778.

  • You also agree not to interfere with any fixtures, fittings, furniture or equipment, electrical, plumbing or telecommunications installation in the Accommodation, the Communal Areas, any other part of the Building or the Building Grounds.

  • If applicable, the Contract shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Department of Finance and Administration Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management Planning and Construction Manual.

  • You must not keep any animal, bird, reptile, insect or fish at the Accommodation or in the Building or within the Building Grounds.

  • The Employer recognizes Local No. 73, Service Employees International Union, Change to Win (CTW), as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all custodial, grounds and maintenance employees, excluding the Director of Building, Grounds, and Transportation, Maintenance, Custodial Foremen and other supervisory and managerial employees as defined under Section 2 5 ILCS 315 of the Illinois Labor Relations Act.

  • The Director of Building, Grounds, and Maintenance shall attempt to adjust the matter and their written response to the Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and aggrieved employee shall be made within five (5) working days after receiving notification that a grievance exists.

  • Monthly meetings will be held as mutually agreed upon by the Director of Building, Grounds, and Maintenance or designee.

  • Should any grievance, dispute, or complaint arise over the interpretation or application of the contents of this Agreement, there shall be an ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ effort on the part of the parties to settle such promptly through the following steps: STEP ONE (1) The Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or aggrieved employee shall, within twenty (20) working days of the occurrence or point of information, present the grievance orally to the Director of Building, Grounds, and Maintenance.

  • The Business Office Secretaries, Secretary to Building, Grounds, Maintenance and Transportation and the Childcare Secretary are twelve month/year round employees.

Related to Building Grounds

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.
