Building rubble definition

Building rubble means rubble from construction, remodeling and repairs on houses, commercial buildings, and other structures, including but not limited to stones, brick, plas- ter, lumber and waste parts.
Building rubble means waste produced through the construction, alteration, repair or demolition of any structure both manmade and natural and includes rubble, earth, wood, rock, glass, plastic, metals, asphalt, bitumen and bitumen products, installation material, concrete, bricks, tiles, ceramics and gypsum based materials but exclude garden waste and asbestos.
Building rubble means waste produced during the construction, alteration, repair or demolition of any structure, and includes rubble, earth, rock and wood displaced during such a construction, alteration, repair or demolition;

Examples of Building rubble in a sentence

  • Approved sources of cover material include:  Soil from excavated cells;  Material stockpiled from previous excavations;  Chipped garden waste not used for composting  Building rubble Sufficient material for the covering of waste on a daily basis must be made available by the Contractor.

  • Building rubble is to be kept within the confines of the building site, and is to be removed at least every 2 weeks.

  • If the Lease is terminated, Tenant shall remove all Building rubble and debris.

Related to Building rubble

  • Building drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
