Bulk Orders means Purchase Orders for more than or equal to 100 units of one item deliverable to a single location

Upon the successful award of such purchase orders or tenders Commercialization Partner or its designated Distributor or Distributor Affiliates and Supplier shall cooperate to provide the Products and services required by the agency. In connection with Bulk Orders Supplier shall provide the Products to the purchaser through Commercialization Partner or its designated Distributor or Distributor Affiliates, but Commercialization Partner or its designated Distributor or Distributor Affiliates shall not be required to purchase the Products from Supplier. Supplier shall be responsible for the costs of freight and delivery of the Products, and the invoice for the Products shall be in the name of or on behalf of Supplier. Instead of purchasing the Product for resale to the government agency, Commercialization Partner or its designated Distributor or Distributor Affiliates shall be paid the commission by Supplier on the payments received by Supplier, net of any freight and delivery charges paid by Supplier and not paid or reimbursed by customers.
