C Application definition

C Application. Individuals desiring consideration for a leave of absence must make application, in writing, on forms provided by Glenbard Township High School District #87. The application must be made by March 1st of the year prior to the requested leave of absence. This shall specify the purpose of the leave, the plans the teacher has for this leave and, in general, the manner in which the leave shall be used. A teacher's application must be approved by the Building Principal and Department Chair after which it will be forwarded to the Superintendent.
