CAISO Scheduling means the action of SCE in submitting bids to the CAlSO and receiving all CAISO markets results from the CAISO; provided, that a CAISO market result where the Generating Facility is instructed to deliver zero (0) kWhs is not considered a "CAISO Schedule" for purposes of this Agreement.
