Call Data Record definition

Call Data Record means a computer record evidencing a telephony or internet protocol transaction for which Borrower is entitled to receive payment from its Account Debtors. 9 "Capital Expenditures" means expenditures made or liabilities incurred for the acquisition of fixed assets or improvements, replacements, substitutions, or additions thereto that are required to be accounted for as capital expenditures under GAAP, including the total principal portion of Capitalized Lease Obligations.
Call Data Record means, in relation to the Enhanced Services, a record of Call details including source and destination numbers and Call duration.
Call Data Record. (“CDR”) is the record of Inter-connection Calls data which is needed for the calculation process of an Inter-connection Billing;
