Capital improvements program definition

Capital improvements program means a proposed schedule of all future projects listed in order of construction priority together with cost estimates and the anticipated means of financing each project. All major projects requiring the expenditure of public funds, over and above the annual local government’s operating expenses, for the purchase, construction, major repairs and major maintenance, or replacement of the physical assets of the community are included in the capital improvement program.

Capital improvements program means an itemized program setting forth the schedule and details of specific contemplated public improvements by fiscal year, together with their estimated cost, the justification for each improvement, the impact that such improvements will have on the current operating expense of the City, and such other information as the Commission deems relevant.

Capital improvements program means the City’s adopted schedule of all major projects requiring the expenditure of public funds, over and above the City’s annual operating expenses, for the purchase, construction, and/ or replacement of physical assets for the community where the City owns such public facilities.. If the City does not own the road and/or water and/or wastewater and/or drainage system, then this means the schedule of all major projects relative to the capacity of the system in question, as adopted by the road and/or water and/or wastewater and/or drainage system of the Developer and/or the owner of the new development.
