CEP Application definition

CEP Application means an application for a Common Experience Payment completed substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule “A” of this Agreement and signed by an Eligible CEP Recipient or his or her Personal Representative along with the documentation required by the CEP Application.

Examples of CEP Application in a sentence

  • If the committee is unable to agree upon a particular CEP Application or Educational Reimbursement Request the matter shall be resolved by the Chief in conjunction with the Association President and a third party agreed upon by the parties.
