Certificate of Performance definition

Certificate of Performance is defined in Section 15.4 to this Agreement. “CFD” is defined in Section 11.1 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Certificate of Performance

Certificate of Performance means a certificate issued by City to Developer pursuant to Section 9 of this Agreement.
