Where the Authority or the Contractor wishes to introduce a change which is not minor or which is likely to involve a change to the Contract Price, the provisions of Schedule 4 (Contract Change Control Procedure) shall apply.
HEE shall give its response to the Change Control Note within three (3) weeks.
