Where the Authority or the Contractor wishes to introduce a change which is not minor or which is likely to involve a change to the Contract Price, the provisions of Schedule 4 (Contract Change Control Procedure) shall apply.
No Variation shall be effective unless made in accordance with the Change Control Procedure.
